1A Midland Road Planning Application

People concerned about the planning application to redevelop the site on the corner of Wesley Road (adjacent to Midland Road) into 5 x 1 bedroom flats and 1 x 2 bedroom flat should contact Waltham Forest Duty Planning Officer 020 8496 3000. It is application number 2005/1845. This appears to be a re-vamp of the application that appeared almost a year ago ref. 2005/0201/OUT. It is currently a second hand car lot and whilst I'm sure we will all be happy to see the back of the unprofessional car repairing /dealing that goes on at that end of Midland Road, we will also be interested in what the council allows in its place.
