Bad parking is one thing - but.....

Did you see this vehicle kindly left right in the middle of Wesley Road on 4th January? No doubt its driver is vying to win the the 2006 award for "most inconsiderate parking of the year." Reports from Neighbourhood Watch said that it was noticed early on the morning of the 4th and may have even had its engine left running. That would be a great surprise to me looking at the state of the car (inside and out) most of its internal wiring was hanging out from underneath the dashboard. Police did visit the scene at approx 9am. It did eventually get towed away though much later in the day, not sure by whom, but a local scrap dealer who rang the police to see if it was ok to remove it was told sharply by them to leave it exactly where it was.
